Our client in Sapulpa, OK is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Yard & Inventory Specialist to support daily operations at their manufacturing facility serving the energy industry. 

This position plays a key role in supporting production by ensuring materials are properly stored, tracked, and available when needed. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in an outdoor and industrial environment.

Hours: Start time is 5:00 a.m.; end time will vary based on production needs and may exceed an 8-hour workday
Pay: $20-$22/hr+ DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Perform yard maintenance and keep outdoor storage areas organized and safe

• Operate a forklift to move materials and products throughout the facility

• Track, log, and maintain accurate inventory records

• Use an inventory management system to document material movement and counts

• Conduct routine inventory audits and cycle counts

• Load and unload materials and assist with staging for production

• Communicate inventory shortages or discrepancies to leadership

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Support production and warehouse teams as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory control

• Experience using an inventory management system

• Forklift experience and certification required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work early morning hours and flexible shifts based on production demands

• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as required

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Manufacturing or energy-industry experience
