Warranty / Insurance Claims Administrator
Job Description
We are currently looking to fill a Warranty & Insurance Claims Administrator position with a company specializing in agricultural equipment. This role will be based in Broken Arrow or Bixby, OK and is critical in managing warranty and insurance claims efficiently across multiple dealership locations.
Pay: $22-$26/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
The Warranty & Insurance Claims Administrator is responsible for overseeing the entire claims process, ensuring timely and accurate claim submissions, maximizing reimbursements, and coordinating repairs between stores, customers, and manufacturers.
Warranty & Insurance Claims Management:
- Review, prepare, and submit warranty and insurance claims for customer equipment repairs.
- Ensure all claims meet manufacturer and insurance company requirements for approval.
- Monitor claim statuses and follow up to expedite processing.
- Work with service managers to ensure all eligible repairs are claimed appropriately.
Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all warranty and insurance claims.
- Work closely with service managers and store managers to keep repair processes moving efficiently.
- Ensure customers are informed of claim status and expected timelines by communicating with service departments.
Financial & Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure claims are structured to maximize dealership reimbursement.
- Verify claims accurately reflect all eligible labor, parts, and associated costs.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure compliance with manufacturer and insurance policies.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in warranty claims, insurance claims, or a service-related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze repair orders for claim opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple locations and external partners.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in tractor, heavy equipment, or automotive industries is a plus.
