Warehouse Specialist
Job Description

In this role, you'll manage shipments, organize inventory, and play a vital role in our delivery logistics. Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and log all incoming equipment and shipments

Pull and restock internal part orders and maintain accurate inventory

Package and ship toner and supply orders (up to 50 packages daily via UPS/FedEx)

Load and unload delivery vehicles and assist with outgoing returns

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, stair climbers, pallet jacks, and hand tools

Assist with quarterly inventory counts and general warehouse organization

Support the delivery team as needed, including occasional copier deliveries to client sites

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Job Requirements
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred

Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving experience

At least 2 years of customer service or client-facing experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); experience with shipping software is a plus

Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools and warehouse equipment

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and time management

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs individually and up to 75 lbs with assistance

Must be able to stand, walk, or move for extended periods during the workday

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
