Job Description

We are looking to fill a Warehouse / Delivery Driver position with a local Tulsa wholesale supplier.

HOURS: 8-hour shift (8a-5p typically)
COMP: $20-22/hr, DOE
 
Job Summary: 
Responsible for loading/unloading, transporting, and delivering material to specified locations. Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload materials.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Use precautions to protect product and customer property
  • Load/Unload material safely and accurately
  • Maintain service logs and pre/post trip inspection procedures
  • Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload materials.
  • Obtains copy of the production schedule or shipping order and transports
  • Material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility
  • Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks or trailers
  • Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
  • Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
  • Checking loads are secure
  • Stacking empty pallets
  • Performing daily equipment checks
  • Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines when necessary
  • Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good math, language, and reading skills; basic computer skills may be required
  • A high degree of attention is required to prevent injury to others and promote a safe work environment
  • Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records
  • Execute assignments in an accurate, timely, and safe manner
  • Maintain a clean & safe environment
  • May be required to use an IPAD
  • May Be required to Lift Material up to 50lbs.
 
Must have or be able to obtain Forklift certification per OSHA standards
