Job Description

We are currently looking to fill a Universal Banker position with a local bank in Sand Springs / Prattville, OK!

 
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with customers to recommend products and services tailored to their needs. As a Universal Banker, you will serve as both a Teller and Personal Banker, providing a wide range of banking services to our valued customers.
 
Hours: 9:00a - 6:00p (including some Saturdays)
Pay: $14 - $16.50

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming and customer-focused environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify financial products and services that suit their individual needs.
  • Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist customers in opening accounts and guide them through the loan application process.
  • Generate referrals, including making on-site visits to local businesses.
  • Compile daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Constant use of computer screens and the ability to operate a computer keyboard

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of (1) year of successful sales experience in an incentive-driven or relational selling environment, with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
  • Minimum of (6) months of cash handling experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in a retail banking environment, with knowledge of bank products and services preferred!
  • Ability to generate referrals, including making on-site visits to local businesses.
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
  • High work ethic and a commitment to integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Friendly, outgoing, confident, assertive, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when necessary for the branch's success.
  • Punctuality and attendance are essential.
