Job Description

Our client, a well-established steel fabrication company in Tulsa, is seeking a skilled Tube Laser Operator to join their growing team.

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Pay Range: $17-$20+/hour (DOE) 

Position Overview
The Tube Laser Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining tube laser cutting machines to produce high-precision steel components. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting production standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate tube laser cutting machines to manufacture steel components per work orders and specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements with precision.
  • Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
  • Inspect completed parts for accuracy, quality, and compliance with client specifications.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area, adhering to safety standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience operating tube lasers or other CNC machinery is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with machine troubleshooting, setup, and preventative maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • A team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
