Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare, direct care, and administrative positions supporting 24/7 operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for clinical and support staff, including CNAs, CMAs, LPNs, and Habilitation Training Specialists (HTS). The ideal candidate will be highly organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a high-volume recruiting environment.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (may require occasional evenings or weekends for career fairs and recruiting events)
Pay: $45,000 – $55,000 annually (DOE)
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified healthcare and administrative candidates

Proactively source talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, community partnerships, and referrals

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer extensions

Utilize Paycom Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates, manage requisitions, and maintain accurate hiring records

Partner with department leaders to assess staffing needs and anticipate future hiring demands

Ensure recruiting practices comply with internal policies and Oklahoma DHS regulations

Organize and attend career fairs, job events, and outreach activities to strengthen employer presence in the community

Support onboarding efforts in coordination with HR to promote a positive candidate and new hire experience

Track recruiting metrics to evaluate effectiveness and staffing outcomes
Job Requirements
Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required (Bachelor’s preferred)

Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare, long-term care, or I/DD services

Experience recruiting for 24/7 operations or rotating shift environments strongly preferred

Proficiency with Paycom ATS and HRIS systems required

Knowledge of credentialing standards for CNA, CMA, LPN, and HTS roles preferred

Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search techniques and social recruiting

Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
