Store Manager
Job Description
Our client is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations at their Broken Arrow location.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys managing people, coordinating operations, and delivering a high level of customer service in a heavy equipment-focused environment. The Store Manager must be visible on the floor, accessible to both staff and customers, and capable of stepping in where needed to keep operations running smoothly.
This position requires a hands-on leader who can problem-solve in real time, maintain accountability across the team, and foster a positive workplace culture. Strong communication, visibility, operational awareness, and revenue ownership are critical to success.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $75,000+ DOE (Plus Incentives)
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and compliance with company standards

Lead, supervise, and support branch employees, including scheduling, onboarding, training, performance management, and development

Provide daily leadership to staff while promoting teamwork, accountability, productivity, and customer-focused service

Manage and lead the sales department while establishing a store-wide culture where all departments actively support and contribute to revenue growth.

Hold departmental leaders accountable for understanding how their teams influence revenue, customer experience, and long-term sales growth.

Maintain ownership of the store’s overall sales performance

Handle escalated customer issues professionally and work toward timely resolution

Coordinate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure smooth communication and execution

Monitor inventory levels, order parts and supplies, and maintain organized stock and yard areas

Review operational and work-in-progress reports and address inefficiencies or compliance issues

Track operational and financial performance, including sales results, and report updates to leadership

Monitor expenses and ensure alignment with profitability goals

Ensure the facility, equipment, and tools are clean, safe, and well-maintained

Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Step in to support operations as needed to maintain service levels

Coach and develop team members, helping build future leaders across all departments
Job Requirements
Qualifications

Previous experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role
-
Demonstrated experience leading teams through operational, procedural, or organizational change

Background in equipment, construction, industrial, agricultural, or related industries

Service-driven leadership experience; service department or service writing experience preferred

Experience leading or partnering closely with sales teams and driving revenue accountability

Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills

Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Proficiency with basic computer systems, scheduling tools, and inventory software

Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

High school diploma or GED required
