Shipping Lead

We’re on the lookout for a Shipping Lead who’s not just detail-oriented and organized—but someone who brings energy, leadership, and a can-do attitude to every task. This role plays a critical part in supporting and coordinating our shipping team to ensure smooth and speedy processing of shipments, DMRs, RMAs, product receipts, and more.

HOURS: M-F 7:30am – 4pm

Experience needed:

• Be the go-to support for all things shipping—keeping operations efficient and timely
• Coordinate with team members, customers, suppliers, and departments across the board—professionally and effectively
• Interpret documents like packing slips, POs, BOLs, and more like a pro
• Use our business systems to track, process, and stay organized
• Solve problems with common sense and a team-first attitude
• Lead small 5S initiatives to improve processes and keep your area in top shape
• Bring your ideas to the table and actively contribute to meetings and planning
• Balance multiple priorities and stay cool under pressure

• Strong communication skills (email, in-person, phone—you name it!)
• Comfortable reading and interpreting shipping and order documents
• Working knowledge of DHL, FedEx, UPS, and shipment portals
• A drive to learn and lead in a growing department
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs frequently—and occasionally more than 100 lbs
• Leadership qualities and a team-focused mindset

Education / Additional Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred—but we value the right attitude just as much!
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn internal systems quickly
