Job Description

 Are you looking to grow your skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Shipping Assistant to support daily operations in our shipping department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, variety in their day, and wants to be part of a hardworking team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Some Overtime Required)
Pay: $17–$20/hour (Based on Experience and Skill Set)

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Building pallets and preparing outgoing shipments

  • Cutting gasket material to specifications

  • Packaging burners and parts for delivery

  • Moving materials and assisting with inventory organization

  • Supporting general warehouse and shipping tasks as needed

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
  • 1–3 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or general labor roles

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly without assistance

  • Self-motivated and willing to jump in where needed

  • Comfortable working on your feet and shifting between tasks throughout the day

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
