Sales Support Associate
Job Description
Compensation: $15 per hour + DOE

Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional, friendly assistance.

Contact customers promptly when orders arrive or updates are available.

Learn the company’s lighting, ceiling fan, hardware, and fixture brands to support customer inquiries.

Assist with order processing, product lookups, and basic administrative tasks.

Provide support to the sales team and prepare to transition into a sales role over time.

Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions.

Confident and professional phone communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency; ability to navigate systems and look up product information.
