Sales Administrative Assistant - Bilingual

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrative Assistant for our client who specializes in Construction and Farming Equipment. 

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department by assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining effective communication with customers.

HOURS: M-F: 8a-5p

COMP: $20-23/hr, DOE

Can work at either Bixby or BA. May be required to work out of both areas at times.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Construction and Farming Equipment Sales Manager.
• Assist customers with loan applications and enter loan applications in the system with meticulous attention to detail.
• Assist in reviewing sales contracts with meticulous attention to detail.
• Utilize MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, for various administrative tasks.
• Navigate and utilize computer software systems efficiently.
• Interact with customers both over the phone and in person, ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks effectively.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Bi-lingual customer service preferred (English / Spanish)
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word.
• Prior experience in sales contract administration is required.
• Comfortable working with computers and software systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in reviewing sales contracts.
• Ability to interact with customers professionally and courteously.
• Organized and capable of handling multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the construction or farming equipment industry.
• Knowledge of CRM software systems.
