Roll-Off Driver (Class B)
Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Roll-Off Driver to join a growing waste and recycling operation in Pryor, OK. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working with equipment, and taking pride in reliable service.
Schedule:

Monday–Friday, typically 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Some Saturdays may be available/optional

Expect 45–50 hours per week
Pay:

$20–$22/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities

Operate a roll-off truck to deliver, swap, and haul containers

Safely transport materials to and from job sites and disposal facilities

Perform pre- and post-trip inspections

Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety standards

Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch

Assist with basic truck and equipment cleanliness and upkeep
Job Requirements
Qualifications

Valid Class B CDL
-
Must be 25 years or older (insurance requirement)

Clean driving record
-
Prior experience in sanitation, construction, concrete, or heavy equipment strongly preferred

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong work ethic and reliability
