Job Description
We are currently looking to fill a Store Manager position with a Tulsa company in the pool/spa industry.
Thrive in a dynamic retail environment and make a difference! As the Retail Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of the store, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales goals. You'll wear many hats – coaching staff, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring a smooth operation.

Hours: 8a-5p (Saturdays are required)
Pay: $55,000-$60,000
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Team: Hire, train, and support your staff – you're their rock!
- Sales Champion: Guide your team, assisting with sales and promoting key products.
- Product Guru: Become an expert on our spa, pool, and other offerings.
- Mastermind Operations: Manage inventory, schedules, and ICPOs.
- Culture Builder: Instill our core values: teamwork, accountability, knowledge, gratitude, and dependability.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Communication Ace: Talk the talk and walk the walk with superb customer service.
- Leadership Visionary: Guide your team to success, aligned with company goals.
- Lifelong Learner: Stay current on products and industry trends.
- Tech Savvy: Navigate POS systems, websites, and Office like a pro.
- Strength & Dexterity: Handle equipment and navigate the store with ease.
- Retail or Sales experience
- Proven experience managing a team
