Retail Store Manager - Outdoor Living

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager for a well-established manufacturing company in Tulsa, OK. The manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail storefront.

Schedule: 9:00a - 6:00p, Tuesday - Saturday

Pay: $35,000 - $40,000

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels in-store and online to meet customer demand and ensure product availability.
• Sales: Drive sales initiatives and strategies to achieve revenue targets, providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Financial Management: Responsible for balancing the register, managing cash handling procedures, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Dealer Network Collaboration: Work closely with our dealer network, fostering strong relationships to enhance product placement, visibility, and overall collaboration.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of retail associates, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Visual Merchandising: Implement effective merchandising strategies to create an engaging and visually appealing store environment.
• Customer Engagement: Implement customer-focused initiatives, gathering feedback to continuously improve our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager in an outdoor living or similar industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management and sales strategies.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and dealer networks is a plus.
