Rear Load Driver (Class B)
Job Description
We are hiring a Rear Load Driver to support residential and commercial waste collection routes in Pryor, OK. This is a hands-on driving role requiring physical activity and a strong focus on safety and consistency.
Schedule:

Monday–Friday, typically 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Optional Saturdays as needed
-
45–50 hours per week expected
Pay:

$20–$22/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities

Operate a rear-load waste collection truck on assigned routes

Collect residential and/or commercial waste safely and efficiently

Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns

Follow all DOT, safety, and operational procedures

Work closely with route helpers or independently as needed

Maintain a clean and professional vehicle appearance
Job Requirements
Qualifications

Valid Class B CDL
-
Must be 25+ years old for insurance purposes

Clean MVR
-
Background in sanitation, construction, concrete, or heavy equipment preferred
-
Physically capable of repetitive lifting and working outdoors
-
Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
