Job Description
Our client, a manufacturing company in the Catoosa area, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to support and improve quality systems and processes. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with quality standards across production and operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience with ISO 9001, quality systems, and data-driven process improvement, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain ISO 9001 quality management system processes
- Plan, perform, and report internal quality audits
- Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes, including root cause analysis and documentation
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools to analyze and improve processes
- Interpret data to identify trends, process variation, and opportunities for improvement
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections as needed
- Identify and control nonconforming materials, ensuring proper documentation and resolution
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes and product quality
- Assist in developing and improving production documentation such as routers and work instructions
- Represent quality during customer visits and third-party audits
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
- Promote a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and auditing processes
- Experience with SPC, root cause analysis, and quality improvement tools
- Understanding of basic statistics and process variation
- Ability to use quality tools such as Pareto charts, cause & effect diagrams, and flowcharts
- Experience with document control, configuration control, and nonconformance processes
- Ability to read and interpret prints and technical specifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies
- ASQ certifications (Quality Auditor, Engineer, Process Analyst, etc.)
- Basic inspection experience using measuring tools and equipment
