Job Description
We are currently looking to fill a Property Management Administrative Coordinator position with a Tulsa based company.
The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the company, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. This position requires someone with experience in residential and commercial property management, particularly in working with various city departments (e.g., Tulsa, Sand Springs) to manage property inspections and conduct necessary research. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and the Owner in maintaining property contracts, setting appointments, and managing calendars.
Hours: 8a-5p
Pay: $24-$28/hr
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage property inspections, working closely with city officials and departments in Tulsa, Sand Springs, and other surrounding areas.
• Conduct research related to property management, ensuring compliance with local regulations and ordinances.
• Maintain and organize contracts for residential and commercial properties.
• Assist the Project Manager and Owner with day-to-day operations, including setting appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Oversee office operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Utilize MS Office Suite and Google Suite for various administrative tasks, including document creation, data management, and scheduling.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring clear and timely communication across all channels.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in residential and commercial property management.
• Familiarity with city departments and processes in Tulsa, Sand Springs, and other nearby cities.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
