  • Develop and maintain project plans using Microsoft Project, monitoring progress and adjusting schedules as needed

  • Coordinate across Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective handoffs

  • Manage multinational project implementations across diverse cultural, linguistic, and regulatory environments

  • Maintain SharePoint project documentation, ensuring project records are accurate, organized, and up to date

  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, dashboards, and governance structures to ensure transparency and visibility

  • Motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure collaboration across functional boundaries and time zones

  • Mentor or support junior project managers, coordinators, or technical contributors as needed

  • Apply a broad understanding of electrical, mechanical, software, and robotics disciplines to support planning, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility, manage technical risks, and support design or implementation decisions

  • Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to assess lead times, vendor capacity, and material requirements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external project stakeholders

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedule, quality, and cost targets

  • Ensure compliance with applicable safety, regulatory, and quality standards across regions

  • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement continuous improvement practices

  • Lead meetings with internal and external teams, including those outside standard business hours as needed due to time zone differences

  • Support occasional international travel for onsite implementation, kickoff meetings, and vendor coordination
