We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee research, development, and product implementation efforts, ensuring the success of key initiatives while upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Salary Range: $32-$35/hr + DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Plan and manage projects, outlining tasks, conducting cost analysis, and preparing budgets to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Risk Management: Perform risk assessments, recommend mitigation strategies, and communicate potential risks to management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the company, customers, and vendors while addressing questions and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Compliance & Training: Ensure all projects adhere to federal, state, local, industry, and company standards, while collaborating with sales and marketing to provide necessary training and information.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and implement best practices to drive organizational success.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or similar).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing electrical projects in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting.
• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or similar project management certifications are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in electrical systems and project lifecycles.
• Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and best practices.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
