Job Description

We are currently looking to fill a Project Manager position with a company in Tulsa specializing in providing construction site services such as dumpsters, portable toilets, temporary fencing, and secure storage. 

The Project Manager will lead key projects with a focus on data management, operations, and customer satisfaction. This role will involve effective communication, negotiation, and a proactive approach to meeting customer and vendor needs in addition to sales team requests for market data.

Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm with a 30 minute lunch
$48K-$55K

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Communications:
  • Develop and maintain strong communication channels with customers, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively communicate project updates, timelines, and any potential issues to customers.
  • Implement customer satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms to continually enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer expectations and incorporate feedback into project management processes.
Dispatch Services:
  • Efficiently coordinate and dispatch job site services, optimizing routing and scheduling for operational efficiency.
  • Implement tracking systems to monitor the status and location of assets in real-time.
  • Respond to unforeseen challenges and changes in project requirements by adjusting dispatch plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to job sites.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize costs
Internal Communications:
  • Facilitate transparent and effective communication within internal teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Attend and/or conduct regular team meetings to share project updates, address challenges, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Implement project management tools and reporting mechanisms to streamline internal communication and information sharing.
Change Order Process:
  • Develop and implement a streamlined change order process to handle modifications in project scope.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to assess the impact of change orders on timelines and budgets.
  • Implement proactive strategies to minimize the frequency and impact of change orders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of change orders, ensuring transparency and accountability in the project management process.
PO Management:
  • Efficiently manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to track project expenses and budgets in relation to purchase orders.
  • Implement proactive strategies to streamline and optimize the purchase order process.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of purchase orders, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial transactions.
Vendor Database Management:
  • Drive vendor procurement strategies, focusing on building and maintaining robust relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
  • Conduct comprehensive vendor and location research to support operational excellence across various cities.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive vendor database, including detailed information on suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to assess vendor performance and reliability.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and goals.

  • Proven experience in project management

  • Proficient in using cloud-based applications, with a keen ability to manage data effectively

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Experience in the Waste Management or Trucking industries
