Staffing Client Services / Account Manager

Barracuda Staffing & Consulting is growing, and we’re looking for a Client Services / Account Manager to play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting recruiting efforts, and helping drive the overall success of our team.
This is not a passive role — it’s a high-impact position where you will be at the center of client communication, job flow, and business development.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the client experience from start to finish, ensuring strong relationships and smooth operations across all touchpoints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Lead client intake and onboarding, gathering detailed job requirements and expectations
- Manage job flow by creating, updating, and maintaining job postings in our ATS
- Ensure all job details are accurate and aligned to support recruiting success
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction
- Handle questions, concerns, and problem-solving in a professional and timely manner
- Support lead generation efforts by identifying new business opportunities and initiating outreach
- Conduct research, make outbound calls, and help generate new client conversations
- Maintain and update data within our ATS/CRM systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with recruiting and leadership teams to drive results
