A respected wealth management practice in Tulsa is seeking a Paraplanner / Client Service Specialist to join their team. This role supports financial advisors while helping deliver a high-quality client experience. The position blends financial planning support, operational coordination, and client relationship management.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping clients achieve financial clarity and confidence.
Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually
Client Service & Relationship Support

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients

Serve as a primary point of contact for advisor and client communications

Handle account inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
Financial Planning & Advisor Support

Assist with preparing financial plans and investment research

Execute trades and transactions accurately

Prepare agendas, reports, forms, and documentation for client meetings

Maintain client notes and follow-up tasks within CRM systems
Operations & Workflow Management

Prepare and submit new business paperwork

Coordinate account transfers, rollovers, wires, and deposits

Maintain accurate documentation within CRM and workflow systems
Administrative Support

Process expense reports and prepare client correspondence

Scan, organize, and maintain digital client files

Assist advisors with various office tasks and projects as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
-
Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63/65) required

Strong communication and client service skills

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
