Pool & Spa Service Technician
Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Pool & Spa Service Technician to join their growing team. This is not an entry-level position - we're looking for someone who can step in with existing pool and spa maintenance and equipment repair experience and provide exceptional service from day one.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17 – $20 per hour (DOE)
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform routine pool and spa cleaning, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Test and balance pool and spa chemicals to maintain proper water quality
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and related pool and spa equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical components associated with pool and spa equipment
- Identify maintenance concerns and recommend repair or replacement options
- Educate customers on pool and spa operation, maintenance, and equipment care
- Maintain accurate service records and complete work documentation
- Drive a fully equipped company vehicle to customer locations
- Follow all company safety procedures while maintaining a professional appearance
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Pool & Spa Technician is required
- Strong knowledge of pool and spa maintenance, water chemistry, and equipment
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing pumps, filters, heaters, electrical systems, and automation controls
- Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage a daily service route with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry pool and spa equipment and supplies
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work outdoors throughout the day
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate tools and equipment used in pool and spa service and repair
