Job Description
Our client, one of the oldest and most respected pool companies in Oklahoma, is seeking a Pool Construction Helper to join their team. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may fluctuate based on business needs)

Receive and complete daily tasks from the Site Foreman

Assist with pool layout and preparation prior to excavation

Support excavation activities and operate tools and equipment as trained

Assist with installation of plumbing, pool hydraulics, valves, fixtures, tile, and equipment pads

Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Remove debris and dispose of materials properly
-
Operate hand and power tools such as measuring tapes, screw guns, saws, and grinders

Assist with final project completion tasks and cleanup
-
Maintain professionalism when interacting with homeowners

Follow all company safety procedures and standards

Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred
-
Valid Oklahoma driver’s license required

Pool Construction and outdoor labor experience

Knowledge of construction tools and equipment

Ability to safely operate heavy machinery and power tools

Strong communication skills
-
Ability to take direction and work effectively within a team

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements

Prolonged standing throughout the shift
-
Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions

Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs at times

Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment

Ability to multitask throughout the workday
