Patient Success & Growth Specialist
Job Description
Our client is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Patient Sales & Relationship Specialist to join their growing practice. This is much more than a traditional front desk position. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building long-term relationships, and confidently recommending services that improve patient outcomes while contributing to the growth of the practice.
The ideal candidate has experience balancing exceptional customer service with consultative sales. They are comfortable making outbound calls to current and past patients, re-engaging inactive patients, discussing treatment options, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional services. Success in this role comes from building trust, creating an outstanding patient experience, and turning conversations into long-term relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current, prospective, and past patients through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions.
- Proactively contact existing and inactive patients to schedule appointments and encourage continued care.
- Recommend additional treatments and services based on patient needs through consultative conversations.
- Cross-sell services while maintaining a patient-first approach.
- Follow up on treatment recommendations, missed appointments, and patient inquiries.
- Convert incoming inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from the initial interaction through ongoing care.
- Assist with front office responsibilities including scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support practice growth by helping improve patient retention, appointment utilization, and overall patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for improving patient engagement and office processes.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, relationship management, account management, customer success, patient coordination, treatment coordination, or consultative customer service is required.
- Demonstrated success making outbound calls and building lasting customer or patient relationships.
- Experience cross-selling, upselling, or recommending products or services with confidence and professionalism.
- Comfortable discussing services, overcoming objections, and asking for the appointment or sale.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software.
Preferred Background
Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:
- Medical practices

- Vision or optical practices
- Med spas or aesthetics
- Wellness or healthcare services
- Membership sales
