Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Counter Sales Associate, you will provide top-notch customer service and assist customers with their parts and accessory needs. You will also contribute to the efficient operation of our store and warehouse by supporting various departments and maintaining an organized work environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and answering phone inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listening to customer needs and providing knowledgeable product recommendations and suggestive selling.
- Utilizing our computer system to accurately identify and locate required parts and accessories.
- Processing point of sale transactions and managing customer orders, including providing order status updates.
- Setting up merchandise displays and maintaining a well-organized showroom floor.
- Assisting the warehouse team with tasks such as unloading shipments and organizing inventory.
- Collaborating with other departments, including sales and warranty, to provide seamless customer support.
- Ensuring that your work area is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Performing other assigned duties to contribute to the overall success of the team and company.

- Proficiency with computer systems and point of sale software.
