Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Schedule: 24–32 hours per week | Flexible schedule (for example, 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.)
Key Responsibilities

Assist with invoicing, payroll, and data entry.

Create and maintain job files and related documentation.

Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general office communications.

Perform filing, scanning, and other administrative duties to keep records organized.

Support accounting and operations functions as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative work.
Job Requirements
Qualifications

Previous administrative or office experience required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred (training available).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
