PDI Technician
Job Description
We are currently looking to fill a PDI Technician position with a company in Broken Arrow, OK specializing in construction and agricultural equipment.
As a PDI Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that equipment meets the highest standards before reaching our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include conducting pre-delivery inspections, diagnosing and resolving issues, and contributing to the overall success of our service department.
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; Some overtime may be required on Saturdays
Pay: $18-$21/hr
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections on agricultural and construction equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform required adjustments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct road tests and operational checks on equipment.
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to meet customer expectations.
- Document and report any defects or issues discovered during inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PDI Technician or in a similar role.
- Technical degree or certification in automotive or diesel technology.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment systems and components.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license.
