Overhead Door Sales Representative
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced sales representative for an industry-leading overhead door company in the Tulsa area, dedicated to delivering high-quality service and exceptional customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with drive and ambition, integrity, good listening skills, great organization and follow through. Some experience in the building trades is preferred and candidates must have past sales experience.

Pay: Base + Commission
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Field phone calls from prospective clients seeking quotes on services.
- Work with customers to provide specific solutions relative to their property.
- Visit customer locations to provide more accurate information depending on the sale.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve sales targets and goals.
- Provide feedback and market insights.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Continuously improve sales skills; stay abreast of sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices.

- Previous sales experience in a relatable field is required.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills to deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Active listening skills to understand client needs and requirements accurately.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
- Focus on being detail-oriented, friendly, and have a commitment to learning the industry through outside research and active participation.
- Valid driver's license
