Outside Sales - Home Improvement

We are currently looking to fill an Outside Sales position with a company specializing in Home Improvement Projects in Tulsa, OK.

Our client is a thriving home improvement company specializing in custom replacement windows, siding, leaf-free gutter systems, exterior doors, and bathroom remodels. We take pride in our family-centered culture, impeccable integrity, and dedication to serving our customers.

Hours: M-F: 8a-5p, Sat: 10-5p, closed Sundays

Pay: $600/week during training then 100% commission based

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your proven outside sales expertise and knowledge of home exterior products to consult with homeowners.
• Generate referrals and implement effective strategies to develop business and expand our customer base.
• Represent the company at events and throughout the community to promote our brand and increase sales.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding to effectively communicate our product offerings.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills to efficiently handle your sales responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated and self-starter with a strong work ethic, driven to achieve sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Previous experience in outside sales or related field, with a preference for construction industry experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass a background check and drug test to maintain our company's high standards.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record for occasional travel (up to 50 miles) for bids with advance notice.
