Job Description

Join a leading waste management company at their landfill operation as a Heavy Equipment Oil & Lube Service Technician in Sand Springs, OK. This position plays a vital role in keeping a fleet of large landfill equipment running efficiently and safely.

Pay: $20–$24/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. + Overtime

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on heavy landfill equipment (dozers, compactors, articulated trucks, loaders, etc.)

  • Conduct oil changes, lubrication, fluid checks, and filter replacements

  • Inspect equipment for signs of wear, leaks, or damage and report findings

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate effectively with the maintenance team

  • Operate service truck and tools in a safe, efficient manner across rugged terrain

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of oil/lube service experience on heavy equipment, preferably in a landfill or construction setting

  • Familiarity with the unique demands of landfill equipment maintenance

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset

  • Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
