We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth operation of the office, handling various administrative tasks to support our growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Filing and organizing documents to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.
- Assisting with dispatch duties as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Managing and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing support and assistance across various tasks and projects as required.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Experience handling AP/AR
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is a plus, but not required.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
