Manufacturing Operations Lead

We are currently looking to fill an Operations Lead position with a Tulsa manufacturing facility.

Hours: 5:00am until 3:30pm Monday through Friday

Pay: $22-$28/hr

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include training new employees and providing Team members with daily objectives, developing, and implementing a reward system to motivate employee productivity, and communicating with upper management to determine the best methods for meeting organizational goals.

• Communicate clear instructions to the team
• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
• Understand and promote safety practices
• Develop team strengths and eliminate weaknesses
• Discover training needs and provide coaching

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing related position
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety best practices
• The ability to develop, implement and assess performance metrics
• 1-2 years Team Lead experience
• Able to operate forklift and overhead cranes
• Able to read weld gauges, levels, and bridge cams
• The ability to use hammers, vise grip, dead blow and C-clamps
• The ability to use grinders, die grinders, oxy-fuel torch and knowledge of a base pre-heater
• Able to resolve conflict
• Computer skills- Oracle, Kronos, Outlook, Word and Excel
• High school diploma or GED
