Lot Porter & Building Maintenance Associate
Job Description
We’re hiring a Lot Porter & Building Maintenance Associate for one of our valued clients - a company that takes pride in keeping their facilities and grounds clean, safe, and well maintained. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in their surroundings, and has a strong attention to detail.
Hours: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F and every other Saturday
Pay: $14/hr
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of parking lots and building areas by picking up litter and taking out trash

Sweep and mop floors, clean up spills, and ensure all common areas are neat and presentable

Perform minor building maintenance, including:

Replacing light bulbs

Tightening or replacing door locks, knobs, and hinges

Repairing loose panels and other small fixes
-

Assist with general upkeep and organization of the facility

Operate a forklift (training and certification provided if needed)

Support other facility or grounds-related tasks as needed

Job Requirements
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

Experience with performing minor building maintenance

Ability to maintain clean and safe parking lots and facility interiors

Forklift experience preferred (training and certification provided if needed)

Must be able to pass a drug screen

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
