Job Description
Our client, a faith-based mental health practice, is seeking Licensed Therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join their growing team. This organization goes beyond traditional talk therapy by integrating Neurofeedback, allowing therapists to provide a comprehensive and innovative approach to mental wellness.

Position Details
- Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 DOE
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM and Friday-Saturday 9 AM - 2 PM. Full-time employees can choose their 40-hour work schedule within open hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions, integrating talk therapy with Neurofeedback.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Guide clients through Neurofeedback sessions, explaining the process and ensuring a therapeutic experience.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and complete all charting within scheduled hours.
- Collaborate with other therapists and staff to provide comprehensive care.
- Stay updated on Neurofeedback research and best practices.
- Uphold the faith-based values of the organization, supporting clients in alignment with Christian principles.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Must hold an active license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Oklahoma.
- Experience in individual therapy, treatment planning, and client assessment.
- Passion for integrating Neurofeedback with talk therapy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to faith-based counseling and community mental health services.
