Lawn and Garden Equipment Technician

Job Description
We are currently looking to fill a Lawn and Garden Technician with a Broken Arrow company specializing in equipment sales and service.
Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm; some overtime may be required
Pay: $17-$25 DOE
This is a full time, contract to hire position. Full benefit package offered after initial waiting period.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf/lawncare equipment
- Perform routine tune-ups and preventative maintenance
- Inspect and test for necessary adjustments
- Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment
- Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience as a service technician, mechanic, or other related fields
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with gasoline and/or diesel highly desired
- Forklift experience helpful, but not required
- Valid driver's license
- Clean MVR
