Job Description

We are currently looking to fill this position with a manufacturing company in Catoosa, OK.

This role will begin on a day shift for training (typically 2–3 weeks), then transition to a second shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM.

As a Laser/Brake Press Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating CNC laser cutting and brake press machines to produce precision metal components. This is a fast-paced environment where quality and efficiency are key. You'll read and interpret blueprints, perform basic machine setups, conduct quality inspections using measuring tools, and assist with maintenance of equipment.

Job Duties:

  • Operate CNC laser cutting machines and brake presses

  • Load/unload materials and monitor machinery during operation

  • Interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings

  • Perform quality inspections with calipers, micrometers, and tape measures

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety protocols and production guidelines

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating CNC brake press or laser cutting machines preferred

  • Ability to read technical drawings and measure accurately

  • Mechanically inclined and safety-focused

  • Willingness to work second shift (after initial training)

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
