Landscaping & Lawn Care Technician
Job Description
We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaping & Lawn Care Technician to join a team focused on maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on landscaping experience, take pride in their work, and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities for the right person.
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $16–$18/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (hours may vary with weather)
Some Saturdays and overtime required as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general landscaping and lawn care duties such as mowing, trimming, planting, and seasonal maintenance.

Operate and maintain equipment including mowers, trimmers, and other lawn tools.

Drive company trucks and pull trailers to and from job sites daily.

Assist with light installation and other elevated tasks as needed (not afraid of heights).

Follow work orders and supervisor instructions accurately and efficiently.

Use a mobile app for scheduling, job tracking, and reporting.

Lead and motivate small crews on job sites when required.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Job Requirements
Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

Experience in landscaping or lawn care.

Ability to drive and back up a trailer safely.

Ability to follow directions, work independently, and as part of a team.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
-
Mechanical aptitude for small engine repair a plus.
