Position Details
- Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 DOE
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM and Friday-Saturday 9 AM - 2 PM. Full-time employees can choose their 40-hour work schedule within open hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision for Licensed Professional Counselor-Associates (LPC-As), ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
- Conduct individual therapy sessions, integrating talk therapy with Neurofeedback to support client progress.
- Oversee client treatment plans, assess progress, and adjust approaches as needed.
- Guide clients through Neurofeedback sessions, explaining the process and ensuring a therapeutic experience.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and complete all charting within scheduled hours.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to other therapists within the practice.
- Stay informed on Neurofeedback research and advancements to ensure the best care for clients.
- Uphold the faith-based values of the organization, supporting clients in alignment with Christian principles.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor (LPC-S) in Oklahoma.
- Experience in clinical supervision, therapy, and treatment planning.
- Passion for integrating Neurofeedback with talk therapy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance supervision, client care, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor therapists.
- Commitment to faith-based counseling and community mental health services.
