Job Description

Our client, a faith-based mental health practice, is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor (LPC-S) to join their team. This organization integrates Neurofeedback with traditional therapy, providing a comprehensive and innovative approach to mental wellness.

Position Details

  • Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 DOE
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM and Friday-Saturday 9 AM - 2 PM. Full-time employees can choose their 40-hour work schedule within open hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision for Licensed Professional Counselor-Associates (LPC-As), ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions, integrating talk therapy with Neurofeedback to support client progress.
  • Oversee client treatment plans, assess progress, and adjust approaches as needed.
  • Guide clients through Neurofeedback sessions, explaining the process and ensuring a therapeutic experience.
  • Maintain detailed clinical documentation and complete all charting within scheduled hours.
  • Offer mentorship and guidance to other therapists within the practice.
  • Stay informed on Neurofeedback research and advancements to ensure the best care for clients.
  • Uphold the faith-based values of the organization, supporting clients in alignment with Christian principles.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor (LPC-S) in Oklahoma.
  • Experience in clinical supervision, therapy, and treatment planning.
  • Passion for integrating Neurofeedback with talk therapy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance supervision, client care, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor therapists.
  • Commitment to faith-based counseling and community mental health services.
