Installer / Sales Representative
Job Description
We are currently looking to fill an Installer / Sales Representative position with a reputable Tulsa company specializing in window film, vinyl products, and interior and exterior shades.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a construction or handyman mentality who enjoys working with customers and takes pride in quality work. The right candidate will initially focus on installations while learning the company's products and services, with the opportunity to grow into more of a customer-facing sales role over time.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hr DOE
Location: Tulsa, OK
Company vehicle and warm sales leads provided!
Responsibilities
- Install window film, vinyl products, and interior/exterior shades
- Use hand and power tools to complete installations safely and accurately
- Measure installation areas and materials using a tape measure
- Work from ladders and safely access installation areas
- Follow step-by-step installation processes and product specifications
- Maintain strong attention to detail and quality throughout each project
- Take ownership of jobs from installation through completion
- Communicate professionally with customers while working in their homes or businesses
- Learn company products and services to eventually assist with sales
- Discuss customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment and ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Previous construction, handyman, installation, or similar hands-on experience
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Comfortable working from ladders
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. overhead
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow detailed installation procedures
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Preferred Experience
- Window tint or film installation
- Vinyl installation, including large-format vinyl
- Interior or exterior shade installation
- Wallpaper installation
- Small construction or finish work
The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers. Previous tint, vinyl, or shade experience is preferred but not required for someone with a strong hands-on background and the ability to learn.
