We are currently looking to fill a Technical Order Writer position with a Tulsa glass company.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Drawing custom glass work orders in CAD software.
Serve as the client's primary point of contact.
Manage incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
Work with customers to fulfill their glass needs.
Quote and schedule service appointments.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Strong phone skills
Strong Technical Order writing ability
Ability to read drawings.
Effective in-person communication skills
Obtain product knowledge and assist customers with purchasing decisions.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Customer-focused with ability to manage and respond effectively to varying personalities.
Experience with CAD or similar software higher preferred
