Job Description
Our client in Claremore, OK is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and plant operations during their weekend shift. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and facility systems, with a strong emphasis on electrical maintenance.

Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

This position offers a unique schedule advantage: work 36 hours and get paid for 40.

Pay: $30–$36 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. The ideal candidate has strong electrical troubleshooting skills and experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems

Perform electrical maintenance including motors, controls, wiring, and basic PLC troubleshooting

Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and complete repairs

Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

Document maintenance activities and report equipment issues as needed

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety policies and procedures

Communicate equipment status and repair needs with plant personnel

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong electrical experience, including troubleshooting motors, controls, and wiring
- Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred
