Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their manufacturing team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency.
This is a highly technical role requiring a strong electrical background and proven experience diagnosing and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems and have the ability to quickly identify root causes to minimize downtime.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: Approximately $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Repair
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and make ladder logic edits when necessary.
Electrical Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair industrial electrical systems, including 110V, 220V, 440V, and 3-phase power.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Read electrical schematics, machine drawings, and technical manuals.
Facility & Technical Support
- Perform facility maintenance and equipment repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and preventative maintenance documentation.
- Recommend improvements to equipment reliability and preventative maintenance programs.
- Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety procedures.

Job Requirements
What We're Looking For

- Experienced with CNC manufacturing equipment repair

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC manufacturing equipment
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial electrical systems
- Experience working with 110V, 220V, 440V, and 3-phase electrical systems
- Experience reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Ability to troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- CNC machine maintenance and repair
- PLC programming and ladder logic troubleshooting
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Lean manufacturing environment
- Welding and light metal fabrication experience
- Experience operating forklifts and industrial maintenance equipment
