Whether you're fresh out of trade school or already have experience under your belt, this is an opportunity to sharpen your skills and grow into running your own jobs.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional overtime)
• $20+ per hour, depending on experience and skill level

What You’ll Do
This role focuses on smaller, detail-oriented projects—not large remodels—including:

• Drywall repair and painting
• Mounting TVs, blinds, ceiling fans, and fixtures
• Installing mailboxes, baseboards, and fencing
• General home repairs and maintenance tasks

You’ll work directly with the owner, learning proven methods and best practices, with the goal of advancing into independently managing projects and preparing estimates.

What We’re Looking For

• Entry-level to experienced candidates welcome
• Comfortable using hand and power tools, reading a tape measure, and performing basic math
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel to job sites required)
• Clean background
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and adaptability in a small team environment
