Job Description
Our client is a growing private wealth advisory practice affiliated with a nationally recognized financial services firm and is seeking a licensed Financial Advisor to join their Tulsa team. This role is primarily service-focused rather than sales-driven and is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, delivering comprehensive financial planning, and supporting clients through life’s financial decisions.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (in-office)
Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 base salary DOE + performance-based bonuses

Position Overview
The Financial Advisor will support and manage client relationships through comprehensive financial planning, investment strategies, and an exceptional client experience. This role does not require an existing book of business and is more focused on service, planning, and relationship management than aggressive sales.
Key Responsibilities

Build and deepen relationships with existing clients

Develop and present comprehensive financial plans

Provide investment recommendations aligned with client goals

Conduct regular meetings with clients and prospects

Collaborate with senior advisors and support staff to ensure a consistent client experience

Stay current on market trends, financial products, and planning tools

Support referral-based growth through excellent service and relationship management

Participate in ongoing professional development

Job Requirements
Qualifications

Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow within the organization

Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (required)

1+ years of experience as a licensed Financial Advisor or in a client-facing wealth management role (3+ years preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred

Experience with comprehensive financial planning, investment strategies, and client relationship management

Strong understanding of retirement planning, asset allocation, and basic tax and estate concepts

Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships

Process-oriented and detail-focused approach to client service

High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
