We are seeking two Financial Advisor Trainees to join one of the largest and most stable financial planning firms in the state.
This salaried role provides a unique opportunity to inherit an existing portfolio of clients, with the expectation to grow and develop new business relationships. This position is perfect for individuals with a strong ethical character, attention to detail, and a commitment to building long-term client relationships.
Hours: On-site, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Compensation: $45,000 salary during training; $50,000 post-licensing plus eligibility for quarterly bonuses. Expected total pay by the second year is approximately $57,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with individuals and businesses to create and implement long-term investment and financial goals, including retirement and estate planning.
- Analyze complex financial information, develop financial plans, and provide recommendations tailored to clients' needs, including investment tax strategies and retirement income options.
- Review clients' goals, assets, debts, insurance policies, and income to inform financial plans.
- Provide financial planning services, advising customers on product decisions that align with their individual needs.
- Utilize sales tools and modules to conduct analysis and offer tailored advice, ensuring client understanding of solutions.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals while complying with pertinent policies and regulations.
- Handle follow-up communications with clients and prospects to gather information and share findings.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding investment accounts, including options, contributions, distributions, and rollovers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage ongoing business and referrals.
- Establish centers of influence with estate planning attorneys and CPAs to cultivate referral relationships.
- Research market conditions and investment strategies to stay informed and provide the best advice to clients.
