Our client is seeking an experienced Fabricator to join their growing team in Sand Springs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality parts, and has experience operating fabrication equipment in a manufacturing environment.

This role involves fabricating metal components by reading blueprints, operating both CNC and manual fabrication equipment, and ensuring each project meets quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a variety of fabrication equipment while contributing to a collaborative production team.

Pay

$22.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience

Hours

• Monday–Friday

• 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Fabricate metal components using both CNC and manual fabrication equipment.

• Operate CNC and manual press brakes, shears, and rolls to produce parts according to specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication.

• Operate a forklift to safely move materials throughout the facility.

• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures while working with fabrication equipment.

• Work closely with the production team to meet quality and production goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in metal fabrication.

• Experience operating CNC and manual press brakes, shears, and rolls.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.

• Forklift operating experience.

• Steel-toed boots are required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow established safety procedures.
