Fabrication Supervisor
Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to lead daily shop operations at their Sand Springs manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in metal fabrication who enjoys leading people, improving production efficiency, and maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the fabrication shop, supporting production employees, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of CNC machining as well as manual fabrication equipment, enjoys developing employees, and leads by example on the shop floor.
Pay
$29.00–$33.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do

Supervise and support daily operations within the fabrication shop.

Coordinate workflow to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Provide technical guidance and support to fabrication personnel operating CNC equipment as well as manual press brakes, shears, and rolls.

Assign work based on production priorities, employee skill sets, and project deadlines.

Monitor quality throughout the fabrication process and address production issues as they arise.

Ensure employees follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Collaborate with management to meet production goals, customer deadlines, and quality expectations.

Assist with training, coaching, and developing new and existing team members.

Troubleshoot production challenges and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow.

Maintain clear communication between shop personnel and leadership regarding production status and scheduling.
Job Requirements
Requirements

Previous supervisory or lead experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of CNC machining and experience with manual press brakes, shears, and rolls.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work orders.

Ability to lead employees while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Experience scheduling work and coordinating multiple production priorities.

Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Steel-toed boots are required.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.

Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
