Equipment Sales Representative

Are you passionate about equipment sales and providing outstanding customer service? We are looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Equipment Sales Representative to join our team!

In this role, you’ll represent and sell a wide range of high-quality equipment, manage the complete sales lifecycle—from first hello to final delivery—and help customers find exactly what they need. If you're a self-starter with excellent sales and communication skills, we want to hear from you!

HOURS: M-F: 8a-5/6p, Saturdays and trade shows as well

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and build relationships by identifying their equipment needs.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of product features to recommend suitable options.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales, prepare contracts, and submit accurate orders.
• Assist customers with completing paperwork, including applications and warranty forms.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Continuously grow your product and sales knowledge through training and development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in equipment sales strongly preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, and general computer navigation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Forklift operation experience preferred; ability to operate safely is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs occasionally.
• Fine motor skills to handle and operate equipment or materials.
• Capability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
• Regular use of computer and office equipment.
